Step 1: Open Filmustage in your browser
Launch your preferred browser.
Go to app.filmustage.com.
Step 2: Log in to your account
Enter your Filmustage credentials.
Or click Sign Up if you don’t yet have an account.
Step 3: Install the app (Browser-specific instructions)
Google Chrome (or other Chromium-based browser like Brave/Opera)
Visit app.filmustage.com.
Look for the install icon (a small computer with a download arrow) in the address bar.
Click it → choose Install.
Safari (Mac)
Navigate to app.filmustage.com.
In the top menu, select Share → Add to Dock (or Add to Applications).
Safari will create a standalone shortcut.
Firefox
Firefox does not support native Progressive Web App (PWA) installs. Instead:
Bookmark app.filmustage.com, or
Create a desktop shortcut:
1. Open Firefox and go to app.filmustage.com
2. Resize the Firefox window so you can see both the browser and your desktop.
3. Click the padlock icon to the left of the URL in the address bar.
4. Drag it to your desktop. Rename if needed.
Microsoft Edge
Go to app.filmustage.com in Edge.
Click the App available icon in the address bar, or open the … menu → Apps → Install this site as an app.
Confirm installation.
Step 4: Launch Filmustage
Once installed, the Filmustage App will appear in your Applications folder (Mac) or Start Menu (Windows).
You can also pin it to your Dock/Taskbar for quick access.
Step 5: Enjoy seamless workflow
Launch Filmustage anytime like a native app - no browser tabs needed!
Troubleshooting & tips
If you don’t see the install option, make sure your browser is up to date.
Chrome, Edge, Brave, and Opera provide the smoothest experience.
On Safari or Firefox, shortcuts work best.
