Constant improvement is a priority for our platform. Therefore, we recommend periodically clearing the cache to ensure access to the latest updates.
Note: Clearing the cache enhances application speed and helps prevent errors. We recommend performing this maintenance every 2-4 weeks.
Google Chrome
Launch the Google Chrome browser.
Click the three vertical dots (menu) in the upper-right corner and select Settings from the dropdown menu.
Scroll down and click on Privacy and security in the left sidebar.
Click on Clear browsing data. A new window will pop up.
Select data to clear:
Choose the Time range (e.g., Last hour, Last 24 hours, All time).
Check the box for Cached images and files.
Optionally, you can also clear browsing history and cookies by checking those boxes.
Click the Clear data button.
Safari (macOS)
Launch the Safari browser.
Click on Safari in the top menu bar and select Preferences from the dropdown menu.
Click on the Privacy tab.
Click on the Manage Website Data button.
In the new window that opens, click Remove All to clear all cached data.
Click Remove Now to confirm.
Mozilla Firefox
Launch the Mozilla Firefox browser.
Click the three horizontal lines (menu) in the upper-right corner and select Settings or Options from the dropdown menu.
Select Privacy & Security from the left sidebar.
Scroll down to the Cookies and Site Data section and click on the Clear Data button.
Check the box for Cached Web Content.
Optionally, you can also clear cookies by checking the Cookies and Site Data box.
Click the Clear button.
