Constant improvement is a priority for our platform. Therefore, we recommend periodically clearing the cache to ensure access to the latest updates.

Note: Clearing the cache enhances application speed and helps prevent errors. We recommend performing this maintenance every 2-4 weeks.

  1. Launch the Google Chrome browser.

  2. Click the three vertical dots (menu) in the upper-right corner and select "Settings" from the dropdown menu.

  3. Scroll down and click on "Privacy and security" in the left sidebar.

  4. Click on "Clear browsing data". A new window will pop up.

  5. Select data to clear:

    • Choose the "Time range" (e.g., Last hour, Last 24 hours, All time).

    • Check the box for "Cached images and files".

    • Optionally, you can also clear browsing history and cookies by checking those boxes.

  6. Click the "Clear data" button.

Safari (macOS)

  2. Click on "Safari" in the top menu bar and select "Preferences" from the dropdown menu.

  3. Click on the "Privacy" tab.

  4. Click on the "Manage Website Data" button.

  5. In the new window that opens, click "Remove All" to clear all cached data.

  6. Click "Remove Now" to confirm.

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Launch the Mozilla Firefox browser.

  2. Click the three horizontal lines (menu) in the upper-right corner and select "Settings" or "Options" from the dropdown menu.

  3. Select "Privacy & Security" from the left sidebar.

  4. Scroll down to the "Cookies and Site Data" section and click on the "Clear Data" button.

  5. Check the box for "Cached Web Content".

Optionally, you can also clear cookies by checking the "Cookies and Site Data" box.
