A call sheet is a vital document in film production, outlining the daily schedule, crew details, and logistical information for a shoot. In Filmustage, creating a call sheet is an automatic process that pulls data directly from your scheduling, generating a detailed document in seconds.
Before you begin
Before generating a call sheet, ensure the following steps are completed:
These steps guarantee a smooth flow of all essential data into the call sheet.
Procedure
Navigate to the Call Sheets section in Filmustage.
Click on the + Create Call Sheet button.
A pop-up window will appear:
Enter the Call Sheet Name (e.g., "Shooting Day 1").
Select the shooting day from the dropdown menu.
Specify the shooting date using the calendar tool.
Click Create Call Sheet to finalize.
Note: By default, the first call sheet is offered to be generated for the first non-generated day.
After finishing the steps, a new call sheet template for the assigned day will be created.
