You can export your call sheet from the Call Sheets tab as a PDF file to share with your crew — on its own, or bundled with the day's shooting sides.
Before you begin
Procedure
At the top of the call sheet page, click the Export button.
From the dropdown menu, select Call Sheet PDF.
The PDF file will be downloaded to your device.
Attach shooting sides
You can bundle the day's sides into the same PDF as the call sheet, so your crew receives a single document.
At the top of the call sheet page, click the Export button.
In the dropdown menu, select the Attach shooting sides checkbox. The export option changes to Call Sheet + Sides PDF.
Under Shooting days, select the day or days whose sides you want to attach.
Select Call Sheet + Sides PDF. The combined file downloads — the call sheet first, then the sides for the selected days.
Note: Sides are generated from your shooting schedule, so each day needs a built schedule with day breaks. Scanning the QR code on the export opens a verification page badged Call Sheet + Sides, showing the shooting day, date, and when it was generated. See Export sides and verify with QR.
