How to add or edit information in the Call Sheet template

When a call sheet is generated, Filmustage provides a fully customizable document filled with information from your shooting schedule. The template includes all essential details while allowing you to edit information as required.

You can click on any block to add or adjust information as needed for your production.

Key Sections of the Call Sheet Template:

  1. Project Info: Edit project name, company, director, and producer. Add key details about the production team and project overview.

  2. Call Sheet Details: Adjust the call sheet title and set the correct date for the shooting day.

  3. General Crew Call Time: Add or update the general crew call time.

  4. Significant Information: Add or edit key notes about phone calls, photography, or any other significant guidelines.

  5. Weather Forecast: Set weather details for the shooting location. The weather is based on the real forecast for the assigned shooting location.

  6. Locations: Add or update the shooting location. Specify location name, address, and any additional notes.

  7. Contacts: Add or edit crew member details including names, roles, contact details, and specific call times.

  8. Additional Notes: Type any additional instructions, reminders, or key details.
