The Edit Project Info feature allows you to add custom description fields to your budget — for example, Production Company, Director, Producer, or any other metadata relevant to your project. These fields are included when you export your budget as a PDF. See Export the budget.
Before you begin
Procedure
In the top navigation ribbon, select the Budgeting tab.
Click the gear icon (⚙️) in the top right corner.
Select Edit Project Info from the dropdown menu.
Click Add Description Field to add a new field. Each field has two inputs: a label (e.g., "Production Company") and a value (e.g., "Warner Bros.").
To remove a field, click the trash icon (🗑️) next to it.
Click Save Project Info to save your changes.
