Compliance certifications
Filmustage holds two industry-recognized security certifications:
SOC 2 Type 2 — an independent auditor has reviewed Filmustage's systems over several months to confirm consistent adherence to strict data protection controls, including access management, system monitoring, and incident response.
TPN (Trusted Partner Network) Blue Shield — Filmustage has met baseline security requirements and undergone a detailed self-assessment reviewed by TPN, confirming best practices for protecting pre-release and production assets.
Security controls
The Trust Center organizes Filmustage's security controls into four categories:
Product security — data encryption, control self-assessments, penetration testing.
Internal security procedures — continuity and disaster recovery plans, cybersecurity insurance.
Data and privacy — data handling, retention, and privacy compliance.
Organizational security — disposal procedures, asset inventory, media encryption, organizational security controls.
Penetration testing
Filmustage undergoes regular penetration testing performed by an independent third-party security firm. The testing simulates real-world attack scenarios to identify and address potential vulnerabilities before they can be exploited.
Detailed penetration testing reports are available to clients and partners through the Request Access procedure described below.
