You can enable multifactor authentication that uses the Auth0 solution by OKTA corporate standard to provide an extra layer of security for your account.
Note: This instruction provides the procedure on how to enable multifactor authentication using the Google Authenticator app, but you can use any other similar application of your choice.
Before you begin
Enable multifactor authentication
Go to app.filmustage.com.
In the upper-right corner, select your name, and then select Edit Profile to go to your account details settings.
In the "Security Settings" section, select Enable Multi-factor Authentication.
The App will redirect you to the Secure Your Account page and display a QR code.
From the App Store for iOS or Google Play for Android, install the Google Authenticator app on your mobile device.
On your mobile device, open the Google Authenticator app, and then tap โ to add a new Google Authenticator account for Filmustage App.
Select Scan a QR code and use your mobile device's camera to scan the QR code displayed on Filmustage's Secure Your Account page.
Google Authenticator will generate a unique one-time code for your Filmustage App account.
On the Filmustage App Secure Your Account page, in the Enter your one-time code box, enter the one-time code provided by the Google Authenticator app, and then select Continue.
The App will enable multifactor authentication for your account.
Tip: You can learn about your account security policies.
Disable multifactor authentication
Caution: Disabling multifactor authentication reduces your account security. This action is not recommended.
Go to app.filmustage.com.
In the upper-right corner, select your name, and then select Edit Profile.
In the "Security Settings" section, expand Disable Multi-factor Authentication.
Click Disable Multi-factor Authentication.
In the dialog that opens, enter your account password in the Password field.
In the Authentication Code field, enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app.
Click Disable Multi-factor Authentication to confirm.
The App will disable multifactor authentication for your account. You will no longer be prompted for a code when signing in.
