If an AI operation fails to complete — for example, due to a processing error or an interruption — Filmustage does not charge Dude Coins for the failed operation. Your balance is only deducted when an operation completes successfully.
What counts as a failure
An operation is considered failed if it does not produce a result. This includes cases where processing stops due to an error on Filmustage's side. It does not include cases where you cancel an operation manually after it has already started processing.
What to do if you were charged incorrectly
If you believe Dude Coins were deducted for an operation that did not complete, check your transaction history in Account & Billing under the Transactions tab. If you see an unexpected charge, contact Filmustage support.
