A callsheet template saves a call sheet's layout — its blocks and how they are arranged — so you can reuse it across your projects. You save templates from the Call Sheets tab, and manage them from your Templates & Data library.
Before you begin
Create a call sheet to save as a template. See Create Call Sheet.
Learn how the library works. See What is Templates & Data.
Save a call sheet as a template
In your project, open the Call Sheets tab, and then open a call sheet.
Select the gear icon, and then select Save Template.
Enter a name for the template.
Select Save.
The template is saved to your library and is available in all your projects. It appears in Templates & Data → Templates → Callsheet Templates.
Note: Each template name must be unique.
Apply a saved template
You choose a template when you create a call sheet.
In the Call Sheets tab, select Create Call Sheet.
In the Create Call Sheet window, select a template from the Template dropdown. Default template is selected by default.
Enter the call sheet name, select the shooting day, and set the shooting date.
Select Create Call Sheet.
Filmustage creates the call sheet using the layout from the selected template.
Manage templates from Templates & Data
In the top-right corner, select your account icon, and then select Templates & Data.
In the Templates section, open the Callsheet Templates tab.
To rename a template, select the pencil icon, enter a new name, and confirm. To delete one, select the trash icon, and then confirm.
Note: System templates provided by Filmustage show a System badge and cannot be renamed or deleted.
You can also rename and delete these templates from the Call Sheets tab: select the gear icon, and then select Edit Templates.
