Templates & Data is your personal library of reusable assets in Filmustage. You set up an item once — a budget template, a fringe, a contact, a location — and reuse it across all your projects.
What you can store
Templates & Data has three sections:
Templates — reusable Budget Templates and Callsheet Templates.
Data — Fringes, Deductions, Contacts, and Locations.
Customization — Branding and Project Info presets.
Items in your library are account-level. They are not tied to any single project.
Open Templates & Data
In the top-right corner, select your account icon.
Select Templates & Data.
You can also open your library from inside a project — for example, when you assign a location or manage fringes. A Back to link in the top bar (such as Back to Schedule) returns you to where you started.
How library items work in projects
When you add a library item to a project, Filmustage creates a copy of it in that project. You can also save an item you built inside a project back to your library.
Note: A library item and its project copy are independent. Editing one does not change the other.
