Paid subscriptions are non-refundable except when required by law, according to Filmustage's Terms of Service — Paragraph 8:
What cancelling does
Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals. It does not reverse a charge for a period that has already started, and a renewal charge that lands close to your cancellation date stands. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Your projects and data are not deleted. Manual projects stay fully open on the Free plan. Projects with a full AI breakdown are locked until you resubscribe. Accumulated Dude Coins are frozen for 30 days.
If you were charged in error
If you believe a charge is incorrect — for example, a duplicate payment, or a charge after your subscription had already ended — contact [email protected] from your account email. Include the date and the amount of the charge. The support team reviews each case individually.
