How to edit all locations in one view

The Bulk Edit Locations option allows you to manage all your saved shooting locations from a single, centralized interface. Itโ€™s ideal for reviewing, updating, and cleaning up your location data in one place.

Before you begin

Procedure

  1. Go to app.filmustage.com, and then open your project.

  2. On the ribbon, go to the Scheduling tab.

  3. You can open the Edit Locations view in two ways:

    Option 1: From the Assign Location Panel

    1. Open any scene strip in the Scheduling tab.

    2. Click Assign Location.

    3. Select Edit Locations at the bottom of the panel.

    Option 2: From the Top Toolbar

    1. In the Scheduling tab, click the gear icon in the top right corner of the stripboard.

    2. Select Edit Locations from the dropdown menu.

  4. You will see a full list of your saved locations, including Location Name, Location Address, Location Notes.

  5. Click the pencil icon ๐Ÿ–‰ next to the location you want to modify.

  6. Click the Add New Location to add a new location.

  7. Click the PDF File button in the top-right corner to download all your locations in a formatted PDF.
