Generate a print-ready PDF of your Sides packet, and let the crew confirm it's current by scanning the QR code on any page.
Before you begin
Build a sides packet for the day (see Build a daily sides packet).
Procedure
Go to app.filmustage.com, and then open your project.
On the ribbon, select Scheduling, then select Sides.
Select Export to open the menu, then set the options you want: Include cover page, Add QR code on every page, and Skip scenes already shot.
Select Generate Sides PDF. The results will look like this:
If the schedule changed since your last export, select the Outdated export badge to regenerate the packet with the current scenes.
On set, scan the QR code on any page to open the packet's status — Up to date or Outdated.
Filmustage generates the PDF and records a verification stamp, so a scan tells the crew whether the printed sides still match the current schedule.
Note: Generating sides is a standard export and does not use Dude Coins.
Tip: You can also export sides without opening the Sides view. On the Stripboard, select Export, then Shooting Sides (PDF).
You can also attach sides to a call sheet — see Export Call Sheet.
