Procedure

Navigate to Google Sheets and sign in with your Google account.
Step 2: Create or open a Spreadsheet
Select the ➕ icon to create a new blank spreadsheet.
Alternatively
Open an existing spreadsheet by selecting its name from the list of recent documents.
Step 3: Import your XLSX file
In the menu at the top of the screen, select File.
From the drop-down menu, select Import.
Select the Upload tab.
Either choose Select a file from your device and browse to the XLSX file on your device, or simply drag and drop the file into the box.
Optional. In the window that appears, select the importing options of your choice.
Select Import Data.
Step 4 (Optional): Review and edit
Review the imported data: The data from the XLSX file will now appear in your Google Sheet. Ensure that it has been imported correctly.
Edit if necessary: You can make any necessary adjustments or edits within Google Sheets as you would with any other data.
