Create a custom tag category

How to add a custom element category

You can easily add your custom tag category if you’re sure that the App missed something during the script breakdown process.

Before your begin

Procedure

  1. Go to app.filmustage.com, and then open your project.

  2. On the ribbon, go to the Script tab.

  3. In the script text, select or double-click the word you want to create the custom tag category.

  4. Move through to the bottom of the list that appears, and then select ADD CATEGORY.

  5. In the Create New Category window that appears, in the category name box, enter your custom category’s name.

  6. Under the category name box, select the color of your choice for your custom category.

  7. Optional. Select Copy color to copy the color code to the clipboard.

  8. Select Save.

Alternatively

  1. Go to app.filmustage.com, and then open your project.

  2. On the ribbon, go to the Summary tab.

  3. In the script summary, point to any tag.

  4. Select ✏️ to go to the Edit Tag window.

  5. Under the Notes box, select the current tag category.

  6. Move through to the bottom of the list that appears, and then select ADD CATEGORY.

  7. In the Create New Category window that appears, in the category name box, enter your custom category’s name.

  8. Under the category name box, select the color of your choice for your custom category.

  9. Optional. Select Copy color to copy the color code to the clipboard.

  10. Select Save.

    The App will add your new custom tag category to your script breakdown.
