The Reports tab in the App gives you a detailed, sortable overview of your tagged elements across all scenes. You can quickly reorganize this data by clicking on column headers — ideal for analyzing cast usage, page count, or scene coverage.

Before you begin

Procedure

  1. Go to app.filmustage.com and open your project.

  2. Navigate to the Reports tab using the top navigation ribbon.

  3. At the top of the report table, you’ll see sortable column headers with arrow icons (▲/▼).

  4. Click any column header to sort the table by that field:

    • Click once to sort ascending

    • Click again to sort descending

Available Sortable Columns

  • Cast ID – Sort numerically by identifier

  • Tag – Alphabetically sort tag names

  • DOOD (Day Out of Days) – Organize by scheduling availability

  • Scenes – View which tags appear in the most or fewest scenes

  • Occurrence – Number of times the tag is used

  • Pages – Total script pages where the tag appears
