Create a multi-episode project

How to set up a TV series, mini-series, or multi-episode project in Filmustage

Filmustage supports multi-episode projects β€” you can upload all episode scripts at once during project creation and work with them together: breakdown, scheduling, budgeting, and reports.

Procedure

To create a multi-episode project

  1. Click Create Project.

  2. Under Choose Breakdown Mode, toggle on Multiple Episodes Project.

  3. In the upload area, drag and drop your episode scripts or click to upload. You can upload up to 5 files at once β€” individually or in batches. Duplicate files are filtered out automatically.

  4. Click Next and fill in the project description.

  5. Click Create.

The project opens with all uploaded episodes available. You can switch between them using the episode selector in the top navigation bar.

Breaking down each episode

Each episode has its own Script tab and breakdown. Switch to the episode you want to work on, then run the AI breakdown or tag manually as usual. The schedule, budget, and reports draw from all episodes once each is broken down.

Plans

Multi-episode projects are available on the Director's Cut plan.
