The Stripboard shows your shooting schedule in two display modes: List view and Stripboard view. Switching modes changes the layout only — scene order, day breaks, banners, and every value you have entered stay the same.
Before you begin
Procedure
Go to app.filmustage.com, and then open your project.
On the ribbon, go to Scheduling → Stripboard.
In the toolbar, find the two view icons on the right side.
Select List view to display the schedule as horizontal rows with columns.
Select Stripboard view to display the schedule as vertical production-board strips.
Filmustage redraws the schedule in the mode you selected and keeps your scene order, day breaks, and banners unchanged.
List view
List view puts one schedule item per row, with columns for #, Set, Cast ID, Pages, Unit, Estimation, h, Script Day, and Shooting Location. You edit estimations directly in the row.
Use List view for data entry, and for scanning cast and location coverage across the shoot.
Stripboard view
Stripboard view puts one vertical strip per scene, laid out left to right, and color-codes each strip by interior or exterior and day or night. Each strip carries the scene number, the INT/EXT and D/N code, the script day, the set name, the page count, the estimation, and the unit. Day breaks and banners appear as narrow dividers between strips. Scroll horizontally to move through the shoot.
Use Stripboard view to read the shape of your schedule — night blocks, location runs, and how long each day runs.
The legend above the board maps each color to a category:
INT · DAY — interior scene, daytime.
EXT · DAY — exterior scene, daytime.
INT · NIGHT — interior scene, night.
EXT · NIGHT — exterior scene, night.
Colors come from the scene heading. To change a scene's category, edit its heading on the Script tab.
