Export your shooting days as a printable calendar document. The Calendar PDF is a month-grid view of the shoot, suitable for distributing to producers, department heads, and crew.
Note: This is not the same as a schedule export. To export the shooting order in MMSX, SEX, XLSX, or PDF for use in other scheduling software, see Export your shooting schedule.
Before you begin
Your shooting days come from day breaks with assigned shoot dates. Without them, the Calendar has nothing to export.
Procedure
Go to app.filmustage.com, and then open your project.
On the ribbon, select Scheduling, and then select Calendar from the dropdown.
Optional. Set the level of detail you want on each scene using Calendar display settings. The export follows what the Calendar currently shows.
In the upper-right corner, select Export.
Select Calendar PDF.
Filmustage generates the document and downloads it.
What the document contains
The Calendar PDF opens with a cover page listing the project name, the schedule version, the number of shooting days, the shoot period, the project creation date, and the export date. It also carries a confidentiality notice and a link back to the project in Filmustage.
The calendar itself follows as a week grid, Sunday through Saturday. Each cell shows one of the following:
A shooting day — the date, the day number out of the total, the scene count with its day and night split, the page and time totals, and one block per scene.
NO SHOOT — for any date inside the shoot period with no scenes scheduled.
Scene blocks keep the colors they have in the Calendar, so interior, exterior, day, and night groupings stay readable in print and in black and white.
