You can export a PDF version of your project from differents tabs in Filmustage — including Script, Summary, Reports, Analysis, Scheduling, and Budgeting. This allows you to create shareable, printable versions of your work at any stage of the pre-production process.

Export your project as a PDF file for easy sharing, printing, or archiving. This format is ideal for team reviews and offline reference.

Procedure

  1. Go to app.filmustage.com, and open your project.

  2. Navigate to any of the following tabs:
Script, Summary, Reports, Analysis, Scheduling, or Budgeting.

  3. In the top-right corner, click the Export button.

  4. From the dropdown menu, select PDF File.

  5. Your file will be generated and downloaded automatically.

  6. You can find the exported file in your browser’s default Downloads folder.

  • On most systems, press Ctrl + J (Windows) or Cmd + Option + L (Mac) to open the downloads list.

Each PDF reflects the current view and content of the tab you're in.
