From the Summary tab, you can export your breakdown summary in four formats: PDF, XLSX, MMSX, and SEX. Each format targets a different downstream use β printing and review, spreadsheet editing, or import into Movie Magic Scheduling.
Before you begin
Choose a format
Pick the format that matches your downstream tool:

Export your summary
Procedure
Go to app.filmustage.com and open your project.
Go to the Summary tab.
In the top-right corner, select Export.
From the dropdown, select your format: MMSX (Movie Magic 10+), SEX (Movie Magic 5/6), XLSX (Excel, Google Sheets), or PDF.
Filmustage downloads the exported file to your device.

MMSX and SEX (Movie Magic)
Pick the format that matches your Movie Magic Scheduling version:
MMSX β for Movie Magic Scheduling 10 and later
SEX β for Movie Magic Scheduling 5 and 6

XLSX
Tip: Once exported, you can import the XLSX file into Google Sheets for sharing and collaboration.
