You can archive a project to remove it from your active list without losing any data. Archived projects move to the Archive tab, where you can restore them or delete them permanently.

Before you begin

Archive a project

  1. Go to app.filmustage.com, and then find the project you want to archive in the Project List.

  2. On the project, in the lower-right corner, select the ⋮ icon.

  3. From the menu, select Archive Project. The item changes to Confirm.

  4. Select Confirm.

Filmustage archives the project and moves it to the Archive tab. The project no longer appears in All Projects or My Projects.

Find archived projects

To view archived projects, select the Archive tab in the upper-right corner of the Project List. Each archived project shows the date it was created and the date it was archived.

Note: The Archive tab holds both archived projects and archived versions. You can restore any of them at any time.

Restore an archived project

  1. Go to the Archive tab.

  2. Hover over the project, and then select Restore.

Filmustage restores the project to your active project list.

Delete a project permanently

Caution: Permanent deletion cannot be undone. Filmustage removes the project and all of its data, including the breakdown, schedule, budget, and reports.

  1. Go to the Archive tab.

  2. Hover over the project, and then select Delete Permanently. The control changes to Confirm.

  3. Select Confirm.

Filmustage permanently deletes the project and its data.
