You can archive a script version you no longer need. Archiving removes the version from the project without deleting it — you can restore it later or delete it permanently.
Before you begin
Archive a version
Go to app.filmustage.com, and then find your project in the Project List.
On the project card, in the upper-left corner, select the version you want to archive from the version dropdown.
Select the ⋮ icon, and then select Archive Version. The item changes to Confirm.
Select Confirm.
Filmustage archives the selected version and moves it to the Archive tab. The version no longer appears in the version selector across your project tabs.
Restore or delete an archived version
Archived versions appear in the Archive tab in the upper-right corner of the Project List, alongside archived projects. To restore a version or delete it permanently, see Archive or delete a project.
