Activate Team Access

How to activate Team Access and share your projects

You can share your projects with team members so you can work on the same project together. First, you need to activate Team Access.

Tip: To manage your whole team in one place β€” invitations, team members, and Team Chat β€” select your account avatar in the upper right corner, then select Team Access.

Before you begin

Procedure

  1. Go to the Script, Summary, Reports, Analysis, or Scheduling tab. Sharing is not available for the Budgeting & Call Sheets tabs.

  2. In the upper right corner, select Share Project.

  3. In the window that appears, you can manage access to the project:

    • Add new team members by entering their email β€” they automatically receive an email invitation

    • Remove existing team members from the list

    • Add more free slots if you need additional invitations

    • Stop sharing the project with all team members in one step

    Filmustage sends an email invitation to each person you add. After they accept, they can open the shared project and work alongside you.
