How to activate Team Access and share your projects

You can share your projects with colleagues to simultaneously work on the same project. First, you need to activate Team Access.

Before you begin

Procedure

  1. Navigate to the Script, Summary, Reports, Analysis, or Scheduling tabs within the app. Sharing is not available for Budgeting & Call Sheets tabs.

  2. In the upper right corner, select Share Project.

  3. In the window that appears, you can manage access to the project:

    • Add new collaborators by entering their email β€” they will automatically receive an email invitation

    • Remove existing collaborators from the list

    • Add more free slots if you need additional invitations

    • Stop sharing the project with all collaborators in one click
