The Team Access feature allows you to invite team members to collaborate on your projects. It is available on all plans — including the Free plan.
What you can do
📤 Activate Team Access — start sharing a project with your team.
👥 Invite Team Members — add team members to a shared project by email.
✅ Accept a Project Invitation — join a project that was shared with you.
🚫 Disable Team Access — stop sharing a project.
💬 What is Team Chat — message your team inside Filmustage.
How Team Access works
Note: Team collaboration is available on all plans. Any user — Free or Director's Cut — can invite team members to work on a shared project.
You can invite team members who already have a Filmustage account. Team members you invite join the project and can work alongside you in real time.
What features do team members have access to?
Team members who join your project have full access to all project information and functions except the Budgeting & Call Sheets tabs. They can actively contribute and interact with the project just as you would.
However, team members cannot:
Delete the project
Invite or remove other team members
This ensures the project owner maintains full control.
Note: AI operations on a shared project use Dude Coins from the project owner's balance, not the team member's — regardless of who starts the operation.
How do team members sign up for access?
Team members invited to a project who do not yet have a Filmustage account must create one before they can access the shared project. Creating an account is free and requires no credit card.
Enterprise
