You can delete several tags at once from the script breakdown if you donโ€™t need them.

Note You can edit tags on three tabs: Script, Summary, and Reports. When you perform a group deletion of tags on the Script or Summary tab, the App will delete tags only from the current scene you've selected. If you perform a group deletion from the Reports tab - tags will be deleted from all script scenes.

Before your begin

Procedure

  1. Go to app.filmustage.com, and then open your project.

  2. On the ribbon, go to the Script tab.

  3. On the left, from the scene list, select the scene you need.

  4. Select the script category containing the tag you want to delete.

    The list of tags that this tag category contains will expand.

  5. Point to the tag you want to delete, and then, to its left, select the checkbox to mark it.

  6. Repeat steps 3โ€“5 of this instruction to select more tags you want to delete.

  7. In the upper-left corner of the screen, select Group Delete.

  8. In the Delete Tags window that appears, select Confirm Delete.

    The App will delete the tags you've selected from the current scene.

Alternatively from the Summary tab

  1. Go to app.filmustage.com, and then open your project.

  2. On the ribbon, go to the Summary tab.

  3. On the left, from the scene list, select the scene you need.

  4. In the middle of your screen, on the Breakdown Summary page, point to the tag you want to delete, and then, to its left, select the checkbox to mark it.

  5. Repeat steps 3โ€“5 of this instruction to select more tags you want to delete.

  6. Under the tag category name, select Group Delete.

  7. In the Delete Tags window that appears, select Confirm Delete.

    The App will delete the tags you've selected from the current scene.

Alternatively from the Reports tab

  1. Go to app.filmustage.com, and then open your project.

  2. On the ribbon, go to the Reports tab.

  3. On the left, from the tag categories list, select the tag category you need.

  4. In the middle of your screen, on the Reports & References page, to the very left of tag names, there is a column with checkboxes. Select the checkboxes to mark the tags you want to delete.

  5. On the top of the column containing the checkboxes, select Delete.

  6. In the Delete Tags window that appears, select Confirm Delete.

    The App will delete the tags you've selected from the current scene.

Caution If you perform tag deletion on the Reports tab, the App will delete the tags you've selected from all script scenes.
