You can create your own tag in the Summary tab if you're sure the App missed something during the automatic script breakdown process.

Before you begin

Procedure

  1. Go to app.filmustage.com, and then open your project.

  2. On the ribbon, go to the Summary tab.

  3. In the script summary, select the header of the tag category (e.g., CAST, COSTUMES, LOCATIONS) to which you want to add your tag.

  4. Click the ➕ plus icon next to the category name.

A pop-up window will appear with two options:

Option 1: Select an Existing Tag

    1. Click Select Existed Tag.

    2. Type the name of the tag you want to find — the system will search for matching elements in your script.

    3. Alternatively, scroll through the dropdown list and select the appropriate tag.

Option 2: Add a New Tag

    1. Click Add Tag.

    2. The Create Tag window will open, where you can manually enter all tag details:

      • In the TAG NAME field, enter your tag’s name.

      • From the Select scenes list, select the script scenes to which you want to add your tag.

      • Optional. In the Notes box, enter notes of your choice.

      • Under the Notes box, select the current tag category if you want to change it.

      • If you're creating a tag under the CAST category, set a Cast ID in the field below.

  5. Click Save.

The app will create your new custom tag in your chosen category and apply it to the selected scene.

Note: You can add tags in three tabs: Script, Summary, and Reports.
