How search works
AI Dude:
Uses structured screenplay and breakdown data.
Retrieves exact scene numbers and references.
Filters by category when needed.
Uses semantic indexing to understand meaning, not just keywords.
When a large project is first opened or files are uploaded, indexing may run in the background.
If indexing is still in progress, AI Dude may temporarily rely on keyword matching.
If multiple matches exist, AI Dude may ask for clarification.
Good to know
Use specific names for more accurate results.
You can combine filters, such as element type and scene range.
AI Dude does not modify project data when performing search queries.
AI Dude works only within the currently open project.
