When creating frames with AI in Pro Scene Builder, you can upload a reference image on the Style & Mood step to influence the visual look of the result. This is optional — AI will create frames based on your mood and style selections alone if no reference is provided.
Procedure
To upload a style reference image
Go to app.filmustage.com, and then open your project.
In the top navigation bar, click Storyboards.
From the scenes list on the left, select a scene.
Under Create Frames, click Generate Frames.
In the Scene Generation dialog, select Pro Scene Builder.
On the Style & Mood step, under Upload Style Reference (optional), click Click to upload and select an image file.
Complete the remaining steps and click Generate.
The uploaded image is used as a visual reference for the AI when creating frame images for the scene.

Uploading a style reference image is available as part of the AI frame image creation feature, which requires a Director's Cut plan.
