Store reusable project info presets in your Templates & Data library, and apply them to budgets across your projects. A preset is a named set of project info fields — for example, Production Company, Director, and Producer.
Before you begin
Project info fields appear in your exported budget.
Learn how the library works. See What is Templates & Data.
Add a project info preset
In the top-right corner, select your account icon, and then select Templates & Data.
Go to the Customization section, and then open the Project Info tab.
Select New Preset.
In the New Project Info Preset window, enter a name in the Preset Name field.
Select Add field. In the new row, enter the field name in the left box (for example, Director) and its value in the right box (for example, Jane Doe).
Repeat for each field you want in the preset. To remove a field, select the trash icon next to it.
Select Save Project Info.
The preset appears in the list and is available to apply to budgets across your projects.
Note: Editing or deleting a preset does not change projects that already applied it. Those projects keep their project info.
Edit or delete
To edit a preset, select the pencil icon next to it.
To delete a preset, select the trash icon next to it, and then confirm.
