In the Reports tab, you can quickly change the name, category, notes, or other details of any tag. There's no need to switch tabs — just click the tag directly to open the editing window.
Note: The editing process works similarly to how tags are edited in the Script tab, offering the same intuitive layout and options.
Before you begin
Procedure
Go to app.filmustage.com and open your project.
Navigate to the Reports tab using the top ribbon.
Make sure you've selected the correct tag category (e.g., CAST, PROPS, COSTUMES, etc.).
Click directly on the tag name you want to edit.
The Edit Tag window will open.
You can now:
Rename the Tag
Add or update Notes
Change the Tag Category
Assign or edit a Cast ID (only for CAST tags)
Add a reference image
Click Save to apply your changes.
All updates will reflect instantly in the Reports tab and throughout your script.
