You can set a default content protection policy that applies to every project in your organization.
Note: Content protection is available on a $149+/month plan, or any paid plan active for 3 or more consecutive months. Only the organization owner can change the team policy.
Before you begin
Read What is content protection to understand Export Access, watermarks, the PDF lock, and how the levels combine.
Make sure Team Access is set up. See What is Team Access.
Set the team policy
Open Team Access.
On the Your Team tab, select Content Protection.
Under Export Access, choose All exports, PDF exports only, or No exports.
Under Watermark, turn on On PDF exports, On-screen view, or both. When a surface is on, use Watermark the owner's exports too and Watermark the owner's screen too to include your own material.
Optional. Turn on Include viewer identity, and enter a Custom Notice to add your own text to the mark.
Optional. Under PDF Lock, select Block editing & copying to restrict editing and copying in exported PDFs.
Select Save.
Filmustage applies this policy as the default for every project in your organization. Project-level and collaborator-level settings can override it.
Here is how Filmustage watermark-protected script export looks like:
